About the Role :

S&D systems & Processes team is a center point to get all the system level changes developed in the system & process design, improvement & roll out.

This role does need assessment & requirement gathering from all the Sales & Distribution organization, translate the same into technical requirements & gets the same developed.

This position plays a pivotal role in the team and on top of these operational duties, also takes care of the data gathering, deciding way forward for the team overall.

The person will be key role player in Digital Sales Application Project and will be the technical lead from S&D planning side.

Your Impactful Goals will include :

Developing and improving business support systems to help Circles, Regions and Business partners run their business effectively.

Understand business needs, gathering and defining detailed requirements and translating it to user requirement / technical specifications

Testing followed by implementation & post deployment monitoring of the systems

Quarterly audit all the business applications including legitimate uses and access levels for all business applications

Work with the cross-functional teams to roll out new products on a timely manner.

Coordinate with PD, technology & BI in areas of Development of system related change requests

Innovate, create and develop systems / services that has an impact on our overall ambition i.e. digitizing the core

Understanding the business problem & coming up with the best and most efficient solution that is implementable

Liaison between Technology & Business for development on Android, IOS application

Work as single POC from S&D / Channel Planning for RAM, IS, CCD Fraud, Regulatory etc.

Secure customers from internal / external frauds by identifying latest trends & mitigation plan

Your Typical Day will look like :

Staying on top of what is going around in the domain with regards to system development, system health etc.

Helping out the other team members in problem solving & overcoming the hurdles

Being a Team player and taking everyone involved on board

Decision making with regards to this domain as a backup

What we're looking for :

Education : Minimum Bachelor’s degree or an MBA

Work experience :

Should possess basic knowledge of S&D (Channel / Applications / Solutions / Processes etc.)

Experience in Technology, Product Development will have added advantage.

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas :

Conflict Management

Strong knowledge of business & back-end applications

Should be an excellent Team player

Should not shy away from sharing success with people

Must have good communication (writing / presentation) skills.

Must have good command on Microsoft Office suite.

Should be Innovative
