An Assistant Manger - Accounting & BPO Services will be required to work on daily accounting of clients including review of deliverables and monthly financial statements and coordination with client’s representatives / Finance function.

The candidate should therefore have a strong background in accounting. This role will suit an ambitious motivated person who is willing to learn and grow and interested in getting involved with helping the team.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS-Word, Excel & PowerPoint with in- depth understanding of accounting concepts & accounting treatments.

The candidate should have good understanding of using accounting systems. BPO firm's experience along with hands on knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Netsuite will be preferred.

Knowledge of using data analytic tools (including Power Bi) will be an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Managing client relationship and making sure that deliverables are being sent to client in timely basis;
  • Managing work of accounting team; - Preparation of monthly FSCP and reporting of monthly financial statements; - Building strong relationships with the team and client representatives;
  • Working with clients to optimize several business functions; - Review and remediation of business processes and innovate to improve efficiency;
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Salary : Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
