As Gwoth Marketing Analyst, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) providing valuable insights into performance marketing using data to recommend ways to optimize marketing acquisition and channels.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and creative media teams to drive digital strategies.You will also manage enablement of CRM communication channels to drive increased customer value, customer retention and frequency through CRM / loyalty program engagement and personalization.

What You’ll Do

  • Run constant analysis and evaluation of digital channels (daily, weekly, monthly quarterly) forming actionable insights to share cross functionally and inform channels growth and optimizations to drive results towards business goals.
  • Interpreting data correctly and lead the project involving CRM and digital teams towards implementation of optimisations and new actions including lifecycle management.
  • Create new reporting and dashboards, data infrastructure, and queries to track key marketing metrics across multiple data sources leveraging SQL, R / Python and, Looker, Tableau, and other visualization tools;
  • monitor for changes in trends, share insights and make recommendations.

  • Work with regional Analytics and Marketing teams to develop consumer lifetime value models, conduct segmentation / cohort analysis and build propensity models.
  • Assist in internal, front-line performance and CRM marketing executions in order to develop the understanding of key business drivers.
  • What You’ll Need

  • 1+ years in marketing / customer analysis required with Bachelor’s degree or higher (background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred but not required).
  • Expert in SQL; Proficient in Python / other statistical programming languages and technical environments.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a deep understanding of acquisition, retention funnel and performance-based marketing.
  • Knowledge of analytics / reporting tools and methodologies (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau,Adjust, Braze, Salesforce etc.
  • and the ability to analyze large datasets to gain insights and support business decisions.

  • Strong communication skills to translate data-specific issues, impacts, and interpret requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders.
