Job Description & Summary

Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to :

Working in complex technical environments.

  • Operating and administering specific services in support of enterprise architecture vision and applicable technical standards;
  • Incident, problem and change management;
  • Providing application support with industry knowledge of ITIL service management principles;
  • Applying technical understanding of Windows Server OS (2012 / 2016 / 2019), Windows Server security standards and configuration management;
  • Applying technical understanding to support associated technologies such as management and administration of SAN environment, VMware virtualization platform and Disaster Recovery;
  • Understanding user provisioning models and approaches, related tools and directory services;
  • Managing Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP directory technologies;
  • Delivering technical application support, especially industry-standard platforms such as Lotus Notes, IIS, SQL, Windows 10 & 11 and others;
  • Managing MDM solution (VMware WorkspaceOne);
  • Exercising due diligence when assessing operational risks and proposing technical solutions;
  • Developing and maintaining technical processes, including supporting documentation, associated with the establishment and operation of specific collaboration services;
  • Developing and maintaining a current understanding of the technical architecture and designs associated with the application services delivered, and all relevant enabling technologies;
  • Defining and maintaining administrative processes that support existing and new application services and capabilities;
  • Education :

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
  • Experience :

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Certification(s) Preferred :

  • MCSE, MCSA, MCTS, MCITP on Microsoft Windows Server 2012-2019 certification
