We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Head of Acquisition for our Homechefs team in Pakistan. The role is based in Pakistan and will report into the Head of Home Chefs.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, Initiate, Lead & Execute Multiple Lead Generation Initiatives.
  • Driving Sales & Account Management at a National Level.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end funnel from Lead Generation till Vendor Activation & Training on Platform.
  • Building, Monitoring and Driving High Performance Regional Teams to achieve respective and National KPIs, initiate strategic initiatives and share on-ground learnings and competitor activities on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensuring Quality Onboarding contributing to the vertical's health, growth and earnings.
  • Initiate, Lead & Implement Process Optimisation and Automation projects.
  • Drive regular projects for streamlining and improving onboarding quality & vendor experience.
  • Responsible for Churn Management.
  • Coordination with Cross Functional departments for initiation and execution of projects aimed at ensuring quality onboarding, lower churn and higher active homechefs, above all providing a seamless foodpanda experience to homechefs and customers.
  • To monitor vendor metrics and work closely with Compliance, Logistics, Growth, Marketing and Other Teams to ensure healthy service levels.
  • Align team for upselling and cross selling of products to existing and new inventory.
  • Expansion of the vertical in new zones and cities.
  • Work closely with Marketing & PR for initiating and aligning marketing activities aimed at lead generation, activation and creating awareness.
  • Initiate strategic partnerships aimed at achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives.
  • Digitizing & Automating the Vendor Onboarding Journey.
  • What we are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field. Masters is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in business development and management.
  • Must have managed sales teams in the past.
  • Must be a native of Karachi / Lahore and actively worked in the city.
  • High level of independence, self-confidence and responsibility.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to relocate to another location within the region.
