TITLE : Senior Sales Executive - South

REPORTS TO : Director Foods Business

LOCATION : Karachi, Pakistan

Ingredion (Rafhan Maize) is hiring Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for creating and managing customer accounts, and working out strategies and action plans to strengthen customer base.

The incumbent will also be responsible to achieve sales goals in his / her area of operations.

As Senior Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include :

  • Delivering the regional sales revenue targets in line with business goals
  • Maintaining last year sales baseline and working together with business development team in identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Leading price negotiations and contract renewal process
  • Working closely with customer service and supply chain organization in managing customer forecast and demand planning process to fulfill customer’s requirements and deliver customer satisfaction
  • Embodying Ingredion’s company values in all ways of working
  • Developing strategic account plans which are shared and mutually agreed with the company and customer
  • Identifying key decision makers, influences and gatekeepers in the customer’s organization and developing an effective network
  • Establishing and maintaining current and potential customers list
  • Handling of operational complaints and satisfying the customers by immediate response to their queries
  • Contributing to strong alignment and relationships with internal stakeholders to drive best practice (e.g. Sales Excellence) and leveraging on knowledge, resources and expertise from within the wider organization
  • Scanning the market for competitor insights and suggesting commercial actions or products that can be developed or supplied from our portfolio to counter competition

  • Qualified candidates will have :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and or any another related field
  • A few years of solid experience in B2B territory / regional sales management with direct customer / account responsibility;
  • experience in food or chemical ingredients sales will be preferred
