We are looking for a Project Manager to help with our efforts; someone who is responsible for providing effective leadership, collaboration, and support to our team.

You will be collaborating with a team of seasoned product owners, engineers, designers, and QAs in a constantly evolving and fast-moving startup environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated problem solvers, who is proficient in envisioning and designing elegant solutions to complex problems and has outstanding communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities :

  • Leading and aligning teams within the organization on how to effectively use, inspect, and adopt Agile principles and best practices.
  • Breaking down business pain points into user stories and potential solutions.
  • Become the product subject matter expert and guide business teams in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Breakdown potential solutions based on backend and frontend product architectures.
  • Act as Scrum Master for assigned Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies such as release planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
  • Agree on timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management or Project Management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated individuals comfortable working with diverse teams
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a technology start-up is a plus
