About the Job :

The Enablement Facilitator is accountable for delivering content that helps our employees develop their skills and knowledge.

Your goal will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of our frontline staff.

The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences.

You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver training to predominately entry to mid-level front-line CS & Sales staff
  • Support new hires during their post-training, nesting phase
  • Facilitate ongoing trainings OnboardingProduct TrainingProcess ChangesPolicy ChangesMethodologies Soft Skill
  • Conduct exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Source and / or create Enablement content including but not limited to :
  • Assist with other related duties as assigned Structured slide decksInternal product and other "One Pagers"Videos (including voice over and / or webinar-style / screenshare) Email TemplatesTaking Points / ScriptsRole PlaysFacilitator GuidesSales Playbooks (SOPs not included, they are out of Enablement scope)
  • Schedule training sessions
  • Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations in advance of training
  • Qualifications :

  • Impressive communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position
  • 5+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization
  • 5+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching
  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
