To achieve annual volume targets line wise as agreed with RSM for the specific area / territory.
Handling of distributers / retailers on regular basis
Responsible for meeting debtor / collection targets as agreed with RSM on monthly basis
Overdue reduction to 10% as a percentage of total outstanding
Monitor and guide PROs in the achievement of their KPIs
Achievement of all leading and lagging KPIs
Make business development plans for his / her territory and align it with the RSM
Daily visit the markets along with the distributor and build rapport with the customers
Ensure compliance to corporate governance and values, and HSE as per company policy
Increase coverage, share of shop and share of profitability
Monitor the KPIs of the distributors and conduct quarterly business review to evaluate the performance.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institute
5-8 years of sales experience and in handling a distributor
Should be able to deploy and work with a distributor
Willingness to travel to various locations, even on short notice
Familiar with MS Office
Should have strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial attitude
