We are hiring a customer service representative to handle customer queries. You will also be involved in processing orders through proper channel.

Answer incoming chats from new & existing customers.
Guide customers for the product & answer their queries.
Coordinate with other team members and departments for timely delivery of the order.
Resolve complaints and provide information efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates with an O / A level background can also apply.
Excellent communication skills, can respond to chats & emails proficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
1 year of relevant experience in Customer Services.
Available to work in shift duties (Morning, Evening & Night) on weekly rotational basis.
