Job Description

We are hiring a customer service representative to handle customer queries. You will also be involved in processing orders through proper channel.

  • Answer incoming chats from new & existing customers.
  • Guide customers for the product & answer their queries.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments for timely delivery of the order.
  • Resolve complaints and provide information efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with an O / A level background can also apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, can respond to chats & emails proficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Services.
  • Available to work in shift duties (Morning, Evening & Night) on weekly rotational basis.
