Job Purpose : You will aid and assist value creation within the organization by helping accomplish overall business objectives through your people efforts including realigning our people to business objectives, enhancing people performance, supporting people development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic People initiatives, managing People consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining people relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. What you will do :
Own building a top talent culture at Retailo
Serve as a liaison between various teams for people related matters
Conducts new-hire orientations and on boarding
Maintaining recruitment pipelines and employee databases
Assist in payroll creation and processing
This position will be based out of our Bahria Town Office, Islamabad
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree from a top tier university
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication skills with the energy to inspire others
Strong problem solving ability
Previous experience setting up or using an Application tracking system (ATS) or Human Resources management software (HRMS) is preferred
Previous experience of working in a startup is not mandatory but would be considered a plus
