D rive the development and implementation of traceability related SOP’s, tools (SMTT 2.0) at LO’s and supply base, by organizing trainings, offering guidance and support, ensuring the data quality.
Key Responsibilities :
Support creation of new SOPs and tools, in collaboration with internal and external parties, by providing A&G specific business insights and requirements.
Support tool creation by being business key user, if needed coordinate with other divisional key users and provide input.
Drive the implementation of sustainable material traceability SOP’s and tools. Onboard internal and external system users by providing trainings and guidance.
Support and guide internal and external system users on daily operation tasks, solve daily system operation issues.
Monitor the system and user performance, proactively work with IT, LO and suppliers for operation improvement or system enhancement.
Monitor supplier input performance to ensure on time, in full data input.
Build data validation framework and onsite audit to secure data accuracy in the traceability tool.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Knowledge in Sustainability / Traceability
Good understanding of supply chain mechanics from sourcing to customer (preferred A&G supply chain)
Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
Strong communication skills
Able to deliver Trainings
Process thinking / end-to-end mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skill
Competent user of Microsoft Office suite
Good analytical skills for reporting and purposes
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
Degree in textile, supply chain management or similar
Minimum 6 years working experience, ideally in material sourcing
