  • Good spoken English and drafting emails or responding to email, customers complaints.
  • Learning the Hotel software which is cloud base Property Management System.
  • Replying to the guest through extranet e.g. booking, Expedia, agoda etc
  • Handling customer complaint, emailing, check in & check out, booking reconciliation, marketing via PMS software, and dealing with customer and resolve the problem by phone, filling, organizing the office record
  • Other Misc Adhoc office duties
  • We are looking for someone who have knowledge of MS Office, cloud base, and computer. We are someone who is flexible

    Training will be provided to the right candidate.
