Replying to the guest through extranet e.g. booking, Expedia, agoda etc
Handling customer complaint, emailing, check in & check out, booking reconciliation, marketing via PMS software, and dealing with customer and resolve the problem by phone, filling, organizing the office record
Other Misc Adhoc office duties
We are looking for someone who have knowledge of MS Office, cloud base, and computer. We are someone who is flexible
