Job Description

Ensure the timely delivery of projects and tasks. Work on agile practices and managing stakeholders for better and qualitative delivery

Main Responsibilities include :

  • As part of a dedicated squad, you will be facilitating the agile practices and ceremonies as well as managing stakeholders from shared services, Operations, Security and Domain SME’s.
  • Ensure that team follows Agile practices, and train & mentor team members whenever required
  • Provide capacity planning and release plan for environment management
  • Resolve dependencies for the team with other programs, platforms, environment etc.
  • Actively contribute to the community of practice to improve SDLC and agile delivery practices
  • Maintain a positive and high energy amongst the squad team members
  • Ensure that the desired value is timely delivered with a self-organization mindset
  • Own, and solve all sorts internal and external impediments including internal controls, regulatory requirements, vendor constraints etc.
  • Manage, orchestrate and ensure that discussions, and dialogues among team members have a healthy and timely closure without effecting squad’s culture
  • Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style, whenever required lead by example
  • Min Education :

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Business related or Computing / Technology fields
  • Min Exp Req :

  • 3+ years of experience in software delivery services / client implementation services in banking or non-banking sectors
  • Eligibility / Skills Req :

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • A transformative mindset with an ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
  • Relevant certifications, and international experience, will be added advantage
