Main Purpose :

Based at our Head Office in Lahore and Reporting to the Director & HRBP Pak BU, the HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions will be responsible for working in highly matrixed work group with the opportunity to demonstrate strategic Partnership with the Pakistan BU Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, IT and Public Policy & Govt Affairs Teams for planning and executing HR Core Processes and Initiatives that support them and PepsiCo in achieving tactical and strategic business plans.

Support Director & HRBP Pak BU to build & execute HR strategy in the domain of Corporate Functions to deliver business results while creating a values based diverse & inclusive work culture that improves engagement, communication and business results.

Qualifications / Requirements

Accountabilities :

  • Identify the needs and develop a strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition team for competency based recruitment and selection of right candidates.
  • Identification and collaboration with Talent Sustainability team in planning and execution of the corporate functions’ training strategy at all levels.
  • Strengthen the bench quality and depth in the functions and prepare a strong talent feeder pipeline.
  • Robust People Planning at all levels.
  • Plan and execute the AOP Head Count numbers, meeting the business needs and the ERC budget.
  • Manage communication plan ensuring optimal engagement and two-way communication ensuring uniformity at all locations including third party employees.
  • Lead HR Core Processes for all Corporate Functions including, Objective Setting, Routine check in between Line Managers and Employees and Performance Management (Focal Point Review).
  • Lead and execute HR strategies w.r.t. Reward and Recognition
  • Maintain strong liaison with Administration department. Define and identify key gaps and help facilitate functions in lesser time lags and ensure due diligence is in place as far as company assets are concerned.
  • Custodian of the org health of all Corporate Function Teams and lead OHS action planning.
  • Partner with functions in planning and execution of their annual events e.g Functional Team Connects / conferences, learning academies.
  • Acts as a credible advocate for Pepsi Co values.
  • Qualification :

  • Masters with HR background
  • 8 - 9 Years of work experience in FMCG, preferably at HRBP Role.
  • Strong skills of Developing and Supporting The Team (Active Contributor towards Developing Others and hands on experience of conflict resolution in corporate environment )
