Assistant Manager Warehouse Overview We are seeking applications for the post of Assistant Manager Warehouse . The incumbent will be required to lead the warehouse by supervising complete operations including inventory management with 100% accuracy and ensuring that the service performance targets are successfully achieved.

  • Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operational activities are executed and meet according to the customer service levels.
  • Periodical space and resource planning to ensure smooth operation flows.
  • Build and maintain professional relationship with the customers to achieve warehouse’s and customer’s KPIs.
  • Accountable for site profit & loss associated to the stakeholder financial budget set.
  • Continually review and improve business processes to improve productivity and add value to DHL services.
  • Always ensure that safety and security of HR, Premises and Equipment is never compromised.
  • Manage the effective implementation and use of the appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain, to enhance service and improve productivity.
  • Review quarterly operational performance with assigned customers account.
  • Ensure company goals & objectives are clearly communicated to the ground staff and meet consistently.
  • Work closely with supporting department pertaining to non-operational issues, value added initiative, objectives and other improvement program.
  • Skills, Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
  • Master’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills, high achievement drive and ability of taking initiative.
  • Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
