Warehouse / Inventory Associate - LAAM

About the work
Stock Inventory should be maintained 100% accurate System VS Physical.
Ensure Timely execution of the orders as per SOP
Manage Pick and Pack process via team and ensure its performance is error free.
Ensure that all stock arriving at the facility is thoroughly inspected for damages from Vendors and is segregated at Storage Location as per storage plan.
Ensure that all arriving stock is Tagged with Bar Code and scanned along with Location / bin scanning for the item placed.
All stock outgoing should be Tagged and correctly marked. Bar code pasted and scanned on packaging, Correct customer address is pasted and handed over to 3PL
Seek new opportunities within work areas for improvement and share plans with management to increase efficiency and customer experience.
Report any discrepancy in stock or issue during operations immediately to the management for corrective action and prepare risk root cause analysis along with mitigation plan
Additional duties will be performed as per the requirement of the company.
