Primary focus of the job : - Prepare and maintain documents for various compliance certificates such as ISO 9001 : 2015 QMS Implement and execute the procedures, policies and requisites of the standards Prepare purchase orders, requisitions, delivery notes and other similar documentation Perform internal checks on vouchers and other documents / reports to eliminate gaps and rectify any discrepancies Maintain daily movement report of all goods and merchandise on computerized formats Handle any other administrative task assigned by the management The candidate must be well versed in MS Office (Word & Excel), have good computer skills and posses good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
