Cyber System is looking for a resilient, Focused and Result Oriented Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

Business development executives are responsible for finding new clients and business ventures. Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environmentResponsibilities : Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resourcesGenerate business through online platforms and channelsIdentifying & Contacting Prospective Customers Maintain consistent contact with existing clientAble to achieve sales targets and maximize revenueMaintaining a very high rating on all platforms.

Contact potential customers through phone calls and emailsBuilding healthy relationships with the clientsCollecting and updating call informationMaintaining record of calls through computerized systemKeep up to date with product informationAccurately describe features and benefits of the project and campaignUnderstanding customer needs and offering solutions and supportSharing information about company / product / organization / projectsEligibility Criteria : Education : Must have Bachelor Degree or Marketing and Business DegreeExperience : 02 to 05 Years of Business Development and Lead GenerationSkills : Strong Internet, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook skills Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences Proficiency in English Listening & Speaking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of Lead generation, rapport building, and closing skills Willing to work in night shift 5 PM-2 AM (Monday-Friday)Compensation & Benefits : Market Competitive Monthly salaryPaid LeavesMedical InsuranceSports and EntertainmentEmployee of the month RewardCommissions and BonusesProvident Fund
