Where will you be working?

Siemens Digital Factory Division is pleased to announce an exciting opening within its SAP department as part of our team of SAP consultants As a Value Added Reseller and Authorized Training Centre, Siemens Pakistan is empowered and equipped to provide comprehensive SAP Solution.

You will work with our existing team and be deputed on various projects, concentrating on implementing SAP solutions for our local clients.

Primary Skills :

  • Responsible for ensuring successful completion of SAP Partner Center of Expertise
  • Develop support processes as per SAP Guidelines
  • On-broading of new customers to Enterprise / Standard Support Services
  • Management of the support services with the goal to provide reliable support within the response time as directed by SAP Enterprise and Standard Support.
  • Ensure timely execution of SAP License Audit across all install base
  • Interact with SAP channel development manager and support head regarding specific support topics
  • To troubleshoot areas of poor performance and offer solutions to resolve issues both in the immediate future and for the longer term
  • Allocate incoming information requests from customers to the team, prioritizing action, monitoring team resource to meet SLAs.
  • Ensure Enterprise Support Customer Retention
  • Deliver Mandatory SAP Remote Support Services to the customer
  • Manage Customer Support Portal and Incidents logged by install base
  • Ensure timely regularization of SLA
