Position Title : Offline Manager

We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Offline Manager for our team in Pakistan. Develop and execute media strategies by identifying right media mix, channel mix, effective reach, target audience etc for all offline media vehicles including ATL, BTL & retail marketing.
Ensure day-to-day running of media operations (execute brand targets, KPIs delivery, other operations etc.)
Manage media agency(s) to ensure excellence in execution (brand plan development, planning, execution and summarizing results / learning)
Execute JVPs with key external partners to bring in the best learnings / practices
Ensure sound understanding of consumer / market landscape and detailed media analysis to identify key drivers and opportunities
Deliver highly efficient media plans, via championing productivity across all touch-points (with improved tracking discipline, ensuring industry leading cost)
Improve stewardship and compliance of all media activities / programs.
At least 5+ years of experience in a relevant field is mandatory.
A relevant Bachelor's degree is mandatory, Masters will be preferred.
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

Strong organizational skills and you know how to prioritize your projects
Ability to build and review the work of the offline team and lead them to better results. Develop them and inspire them to be better every day
Experience in analyzing brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape.
