The bulk of the role will involve employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, but there is great opportunity for developing and refining systems.

Responsibilitiesstyle "margin-top : 0; margin-bottom : 0" Technical recruitment (specifically IT recruitment)-Proficient job posting and advertisements on various job posting platforms-Experience and understanding of Linkedin-Experience in headhunting-Experience with application tracking systems-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance-Maintain pay plan and benefits program-Assess training needs and monitor training programs-Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes-Thorough understanding of human resource development principles-Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction-Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration-Handle confidential matters with discretion-Maintain management by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures-Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary issues, grievances, absence and redundancy-Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
Requirementsstyle "margin-top : 0; margin-bottom : 0" Bachelor’s degree in human resources-4+ years experience in human resources-Understanding of labor laws-Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset-Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution-Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems-Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
