Position at Nakisa
We are looking for a diligent and capable individual to join our Nakisa team as a Lease Analyst. The successful candidate will be a Business graduate who will be responsible for reviewing all real estate contracts / agreements and enter data into excel spreadsheets or into our solutions.
Our clients rely on us and our SaaS solutions every day to perform some of their most critical business tasks and we need your help to ensure our team can deliver the best solution to them.
Consult and understand real estate leases and their legal terms.
Abstract and summarize the legal clauses and all the contractual obligations under the leases and other related documents.
Revises the information and data entered in the solution according to all documents.
Abstracts all the financial conditions of a lease.
Performs data entry of lease agreements into excel spread sheets and / or in software application.
Prepares reports to ensure accuracy and enable tracking.
Any other related task assigned by the manager.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the similar role or having exposure with data entry or management of real estate lease contracts / agreements.
A Bachelor’s degree in BBA / B.COM / BS IT or similar field.
Good understanding of computer software and applications.
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite including MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUM, IF, AND, OR, NOT, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with critical attention to details.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Good to have :
Prior experience of handling and managing database relating to real estate lease contract and agreements.
Familiarity with contract terms and language.
Knowledge of Real Estate Laws & Regulations.
Working experience with Software / IT industry.
