The Qualitative Manager, is responsible for the execution, managing and delivery of projects and is expected to maintain client relationships through quality servicing with guidance from AD, contributing to the team success.

  • Independently managing clients’ accounts with some guidance from the reporting manager.
  • Fully responsible of project set-up, execution and delivery of projects starting from the initial proposal stage, DG, briefing, moderation, debriefing and presentation with actionable insights to the client.
  • Full dedication to meet the project timelines and exceeding client’s expectations.
  • Provide client servicing on standard questions and build industry knowledge to support more advanced inquiries.
  • Collaborate across NielsenIQ’s business units to support business development and ongoing business process improvements.
  • Initiating new and innovative approaches that can transform the conventional qualitative by suggesting cutting edge methodologies.
  • Participate in regular review / feedback of systems, procedures and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving productivity and cost efficiency
  • Provide coaching & guidance to new CS juniors in relevant project management topics
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree is a must. Marketing / Psychology / Anthropology background will be a plus
  • 3-5 years experiences in qualitative.
  • Working knowledge of qualitative research techniques and methodologies
  • Proactive with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency (verbal and written) in English is essential
  • Knowledge or past experience of the GCC culture will be a plus
  • Strong passion to qualitative with self-motivation
  • Ability to work under stress and tight timeline
  • Team player and ready to collaborate with others.
