We are looking for a highly motivated newly-graduate student or an experienced accounting professional.

The job requirements are mentioned below :

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a similar level of expertise
  • Freshers are more than welcome to apply(they will be trained and taught insights to a professional level)
  • Capable of working unsupervised or with little supervision.
  • Timings 10 am 6 pm(this may vary slightly depending on workloads)
  • The residents near DHA Phase 4 would be preferable.
  • Male or female both can apply.
  • Hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.

    Job Specific Skills

  • Must have good skills in Microsoft Excel, able to analyse big volumes of data. Working with accounting / bookkeeping software.
  • Book-keeping on different software, using source records i.e. sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense vouchers, bank statements, credit card statements, loan account statements, wages reports etc.
  • Simple Accounting Concepts.
  • Help with monthly reports.
  • Enter data and check credit. A quick learner who is detail-oriented.
  • Conduct research to support financial forecasting and budgeting.
  • Help with internal report preparation. Make sure the tasks given are finished on time.
  • Help creating expense and invoicing reports.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial records and journal entries.
  • As required, offer administrative assistance.
  • Help to conduct research, organise documents, input data, keep accurate books and thorough financial records.
  • It's essential to be proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • How will your recruitment process look?

    First, the candidate will be chosen from a shortlist based on their CV and the prerequisites mentioned above (such as communication abilities and a bachelor's degree).

    If you make it past the first round of selection, you'll be asked to participate in an on-site interview to determine how motivated and inclined you are to work.

    Salary Package

    Monthly - 35-40K starting package.

    The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.

    Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
