A leading Real Estate Marketing company is looking for an experienced Female Telesales Manager to head up their growing Telesales team.

As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new Telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and closing the sale deals.Responsibilities :

You must be a motivated, self-starter with an excellent work ethic.

You must be coachable and persistent; we will train you to reach your maximum potential.

You are known to be a natural, strong closer.

Excellent telephone and in person communication skills are required.

Implementing sales strategies.

Monitoring the performance of the sales team.

Compiling and presenting sales reports.Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Services or similar field.

Minimum 4-5 years of working experience as a Telesales closer in Real Estate Industry.

Strong managerial and sales skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
