The Role :
As Manager RAFM you are required to execute effective and efficient RAFM risk management by oversighting the whole service revenue value chain.
Key focus areas are managing revenue assurance, building up controls around revenue leakages, fraud management strategies, proactive stakeholder management, revenue accounting and reporting, analysis of product pricing strategies, scenario buildings and improvement analysis.
How will your Typical Day look like :
Participate in business process changes that may affect the company's ability to identify, monitor or collect revenue (e.
g., new system implementations / upgrades, new product roll outs, etc.)
Continuously work to understand and mitigate revenue leakages to ensure the highest levels of revenue recognition.
Maintain in-depth understanding of industry trends relative to revenue assurance practices. Promote quality assurance for all processes impacting revenue.
Partner with Commercial, Technology, IT, and Business to design, develop and implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage
Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams / systems
Reconcile activity between network elements and billing systems
Create insights and reports to support ongoing monitoring of initiatives as well as ad-hoc reports for local and group management as required
Develop remediation for areas of weak control and obtain management buy-in over open risk areas
Perform data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Qlik Sense, SQL and MS-Excel
Understand and aggregate revenue assurance activities across the company and ensure they are working effectively
Timely identification of Fraud Incidents using manual and / or automated tools
Efficient and effective Incident Handling considering agreed SLAs and TATs, both internal and external to the organization
Analyze data / reports / processes / change-requests to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
Create executive level reporting with 100% accuracy and advanced level presentation
Develop good communication interface with internal and external stakeholders
Potential Career Path :

What we're looking for :
CA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) / MCS / BCS
CISA / CISM or any IS / IT audit certification can be a plus
Work Experience :
Minimum 8 years' relevant experience
Direct experience in a revenue assurance, risk management or fraud role in telecom is a plus
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Telecommunication networks and revenue chain
Strong knowledge of database tools along with good knowledge of ASP, JSP, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Qlik Sense
Proficient in different MS IT tools (including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Good knowledge of business processes / ERP / RPA etc.

Highly self-motivated and customer oriented with a positive can-do attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills in conjunction with the ability to prioritize and handle complex tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of PTA regulations and GSMA Frame work
