Job Description We are looking for Desktop Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and work experience in the following :

  • Act as a technical services person remotely addressing various end-user support requests for US based clients.
  • Managing Office365
  • Azure Administration.
  • Administering Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019
  • Active Directory / DHCP / DNS and group Policy Management
  • Speaking to customers and quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing technical support via remote-access systems.
  • Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
  • Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
  • Maintain workstations, networks, telephone systems and peripherals.
  • Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
  • Maintaining good client relations.
  • Tracking and managing work records.
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals
  • Requirements

  • Degree in computer science / Information technology / Electronics.
  • Certification in Microsoft or Cisco is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows / Mac OS.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
