We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Assistant Manager - Key Accounts for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.
This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to Regional Manager - Karachi.
About the job :
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to maintain, grow, & develop the overall city key accounts portfolio.
Responsible for managing a team of 5+ Key Account Managers.
Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships with all key Accounts.
Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities.
Responsible for MoM Growth of Key Accounts Portfolio (Specified City).
Responsible to oversee key account managers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential.
Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Identifying and implementing newer value-add initiatives and being proactive in finding solutions for the key accounts.
Support cross functional teams in delivering the strategy by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up appropriate group level support and deploying processes & tools.
Focus on ensuring that we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.
Drive client retention and client satisfaction.
Maintain visibility and communication across & report on progress to the management team.
Additional tasks / projects as they arise.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant. Masters preferred.
Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.
You have at least 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
You are process-oriented and data-driven
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is solid
You are driven and ambitious.
You are very proactive and could lead independent projects.
Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
You’re very detail oriented and pay attention to all the steps in the process.
