Position Title : Automation Lead

Job Responsibilities :
Be the key focal point for business teams
Lead, drive and initiate automation projects across all functions and in collaboration with business teams
Closely partner with business stakeholders, global IT teams and ensure complete execution and delivery from IT end
Using design thinking process conduct process mapping exercise to identify high potential areas / processes for automation
Create process efficiencies by reducing waste and through process reengineering
Be the point of contact on design and architecture of IT applications
Oversee all aspects of implementation and ensure the right processes and technologies are in place
Create KPIs and success metrics to measure the business value and impact of delivered processes
Support business growth strategy, define IT roadmap, and ensure immaculate delivery as per the roadmap
Have an eye for simplification and optimization for already existing projects / processes.
Education & Work Experience :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E) in disciplines of Electrical, Software or Computer Engineering is required
6-7 years’ of professional experience
Job Specific Skills & Requirements :
Hands on development experience in Java / .Net or other languages
Proficient in Agile methodologies with good knowledge on scrum / Kanban / Lean frameworks
Experience of running and delivering high impact projects resulting in business efficiencies
Thorough understanding and experience of databases (SQL server / Oracle / MySQL)
Experience of working as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Business Analyst
Good knowledge and experience on Agile tools (Azure DevOps / Jira)
Experience of working on RPA / BOTs
