Established since March 2010. Our client is in the business of Import, repacking and distributing Organic and Healthy Food products into supermarket, pharmacies, organic outlets, fruit shops, including bakery, restaurants and manufacturers.

Our client was incepted with the purpose of providing everyone with Tasty Chemical Free Food for a healthier lifestyle. The company carry a wide range of products including Nuts, Beans, Grains, Seeds, Spices, Rice, Honey, Flour and many more.

To-date, the company has distribution to more than 1,000 outlets trusted by more than 1,000,000 consumers in and out of Malaysia.

Job Description

Pre-plan and execute sales and marketing strategies

Maintain and develop customers through communication and servicing

Identify dealers needs and propose accordingly

Establish good relationship with dealers / buyers / customers

To propose new products / promotion plans to dealers from time to time

Outlets visitation to meet buyers, also to ensure products are sufficient and well displayed

Communications within different departments to ensure tasks are delivered accordingly

Analysing and forecasting of sales numbers / quantity

Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Equivalents with 3-5 years of related experience in FMCG will added advantage.

Experience in Manufacturing Industry (Food), Retails

Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft application

High attention to details

Good communication skill (both spoken and written) in English

Demonstrate strong sale analytical skill and marketing skills

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales with proven ability to work independent

Demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers and result oriented

Requirements
