Job Description :
Finance and Accounting
Assist in managing day to day financial operations; maintain & implement financial controls and systems to ensure that all financial transactions are properly & accurately recorded and are consistent with the approved policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of appropriate accounting policy framework and accounting system including reporting requirements, in accordance with all requirements under Pakistan regulation and in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Financial and Management Reporting
provide assistance for the accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements for Management, Board of Directors, Shareholders and other stakeholders
External and Internal Auditor Liaison :
Liaise closely as the main contact point with the External and Internal Auditors and ensure clean audit reports via proactively managing audit points for resolution
Regulatory & Tax Management :
Knowledge of SECP regulations with regards to NBFC
Bank Operations :
Knowledge of SBP FE Manual with regard to Remittances. Knowledge and working experience in dealing with Foreign remittance through SBP and related approval modalities.
