Goals :

To support & enable our sales team on different processes of customer life cycle e.g. credit evaluation, activation, inventory management, payments & operational analytics.

This role also requires processes documentation and financial compliance.

Your Typical day at work

  • Security Deposit Waiver Request processing and work as analyst on provided company credentials
  • Manage B2B Discount Quota Utilizations as per policy
  • Business cases management as per agreed process and policy
  • Creating visibility to management team on different operational areas
  • Ensure sales processes according to business division policies
  • End to end sales marking in system as per policy and process
  • Issuance & maintain record of inventory (Handset Inventory, Sim Inventory)
  • Devices inventory audit
  • Stakeholder management
  • Automation / Simplification of existing tasks will be more encouraged to execute
  • Manage channel fund reconciliation
  • HSS Utilized Subsidy Details - Approved / Availed
  • Coordination with finance on monthly and daily closing of Cash / Cheque & Reconciliation
  • Documentation, BVS processing & Data Archiving
  • Eligibility Criteria

  • Education : Minimum Bachelors (from a recognized university)
  • Work experience : Experience in the same or relevant position in a reputed company.

    Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas

  • Strong command on excel, Access
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Proficient in using system (making logs etc.)
  • Business communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
  • Advance knowledge about financial re-conciliation and settlement practices / policies
  • Advance knowledge about Telenor's related sales & service processes and policies.
