Providing reception support

Providing general administration support to all staff members.
Coordinating with education partners and clients to finalize student admissions.
Assisting with events management & Education / Career Expos
Manage inbound and outbound calls
Assist branch manager
Attend the customer, answer his queries
Meet team / person targets and batch completion quotas (if any)
Maintain data and keep record
Coordinate with teachers and students
Any other tasks assigned by management
