Position at Nakisa A world leader in its HCM and Finance solutions "Nakisa" is proud to be growing in Pakistan and looking for the passionate professional for the role of Accountant to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

If you are a B.COM qualified with two years of experience, looking for a new challenge and with an ambition to put all of your efforts for Nakisa's internal payroll and accounts department then this is the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Collecting and sorting invoices and cheques.
  • Keeping a thorough record of business transactions.
  • Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
  • Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
  • Updating ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies.
  • Responding appropriately to vendor and internal requests.
  • Reconciling accounts in a timely manner.
  • Must have basic knowledge of taxation laws.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, organized, able to prioritize and work independently
  • Any other accounting task assigned by the head office.
  • Skills :

  • Must hold Masters of Commerce (B.COM) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Accounting Clerk in a well reputed company
  • Strong mathematical and accounting concepts
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Clear, concise and effective communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Assets :

  • Experience working in a software product company
  • Understanding of accounting software
