Design functional and soft skills training & development programs to enhance capability of Commercial employees to create a highly competent and multi skilled workforce capable to meet upcoming business challenges and Vision 2025.
Designing & implementing New Modules and Updating existing modules
Analyze and assess training needs of the organization .
Develop creative functional as well as behavioral learning programs & initiate certain projects that meet the ever increasing / changing business requirements and thus meet organization’s objectives to become Commercial Leader.
In collaboration with Commercial Leadership at the territories, analyzing the current curriculum & identify modifications required.
Then alter, add or retain (as the case may be), to keep the contents / data / images updated, as per the business needs.
Moreover interact with territory commercial team on regular basis to assess learning needs.
Liaison with Internal & External Stakeholders
Liaison with In-house subject matter experts technical institutions and National & International Certification bodies to design curriculum and developing advanced training methodologies customized to CCI Pakistan to make training sessions interesting, innovative and as per business requirements.
Introduce Innovative Training & Marketing Methodologies
To make trainings more interactive, practical and closer to the business needs, introduce innovative & creative training tools & techniques.
This may include OJTs, e-learning programs, presentations, videos, softwares etc.
Partner with Commercial at the territory to train employees on the job to have a better understanding of how business operates and how critical situatiuons are handled on ground.
Develop Learning Culture
To inculcate learning culture in Commercial, design & develop attractive pre & post training launch campaigns to market training programs and make them more attractive for employees.
Develop effective training communications to make employees informed & updated.
Develop, maintain and roll out complete annual training calendar.
Develop means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs through test, evaluations, etc.
Maintain all training records related to training hours, training attendance, training evaluations in SAP
Make all weekly, monthly, yearly training reports.
Prepare, control and keep a track of L&D budget of territory
MAster Degree of Education
Moderate level of English
Min. 7 to 8 years of experience in a multinational organization
