Main Purpose of the Job
The Services Account Representative is the main customer contact for operational Services business matters. This includes facilitating service sales growth ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of service contracts, service coordination and customer support.
Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction. A SAR covers one or more Key Account and can be, in addition, a member of a team covering a geographical area.
The SAR can independently lead a defined account / s (non-Key Accounts) in agreement with Services AM.
In addition to key responsibilities, the SAR can be an expert in a food application, service category or have an Business Expert role for an OFSP sub-
process as the cluster or market requires.
Participate with input to the preparation of the sales strategy including Services KA Plan by using internal and external data sources.
Lead analysis and follow up sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information, together with Services KAM and Services AM
Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication
Participate in analysis and follow-up customer satisfaction results together with Services functions
Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and mandatory re-building kits
Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control
Lead coordination and follow-up Service Contract execution and Service Contract fulfilment, participate
Lead customer inquiries, respond and channel it into the organisation including technical issues
Lead customer related master data updates and ensures accuracy to drive transactional sales and service business
Lead planning and sourcing of local material and labour
Participate in global projects related to key responsibility as subject matter expert
Bachelors degree in Engineering
3 - 4 years experience in Sales, Projects, Process Management or Improvement
Customer handling and exposure to cross cultural internal / external teams will be an added advantage
