Job Responsibility :
Managing KPIs to ensure performance, growth and quality with regular reporting
Drive insights from complex data sets by troubleshooting performance issues
Collaborate with Sales & Account Management teams on a daily basis for reporting, planning and ad-hoc requests
Drive effective captain & merchant loyalty and engagement to ensure strong retention and increase lifetime value
Extract insights from complex data sets by troubleshooting performance issues
Derive hypotheses and conclusions from the data and to present it in a structured and clear way
Ability to write SQL queries against large amounts of data
Familiar with building reports and dashboards with BI Tools
Passionately representing Careem and standing up for the values we believe in
Desired Candidate Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience
Bachelors in Computer Science, Business Analytics or relevant STEM field
Strong grip in data analytics and excel
Hands-on experience of SQL and Tableau
Excellent communication skills over phone and meetings (both English & Urdu)
Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with cross functional teams
Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life
