Department : New vertical - Shops

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for onboarding various shops / marts at different locations in the city
  • Understand shops needs and requirements
  • Research accounts, identify stakeholders / decision makers and generate interest about foodpanda.
  • Responsible to make sure that the team meets and exceed sales targets & performance based goals while working independently on daily basis.
  • Determine weekly and monthly KPI’s for the team and ensure they are being met
  • Track all sales activities through Salesforce.
  • Manage a portfolio of shops accounts and exceed goals for account retention, development, and maintenance
  • Visiting field on daily basis to make all targeted shops are being onboarded properly
  • Responsible to clear all Return to sales accounts on time
  • Responsible to bring remaining strategic brands on foodpanda portal and no category is missed from available shops in assigned region
  • To minimize number of rejections of the team by QC Manager.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. Masters will be preferred.
  • 2 years of experience
  • Prior Sales experience in an FMCG is a huge plus.
  • Must be willing to work on Field.
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills.
