Main Purpose :

  • 9 Franchise Fundamentals (9FF) Audit
  • GFF / Bottler Conference Preparations
  • Ring of Honor (ROH) Sales Award logistics management for AMESA
  • Franchise Competencies Assessment completion
  • Franchise development projects
  • Key Accountabilities :

    Franchise Competencies Assessment :

  • Ensure assessments are being conducted by Business Units (BU)s
  • Compile results and develop combined analytical status quo of each BUs capability measures basis results
  • Communicate outcome to BU GMs and Franchise Leads and International Franchise
  • Led on development plans per individual based on assessment
  • Ensure action planning basis the results is accommodated in associates Performance Management Plans
  • GFF / Bottler Conference :

  • Act as Key Member / Contributor to the GFF taskforce developing the material and planning the 2 day global event
  • Co-lead the preparations and execution of the Bottler conference throughSetting then agendaReviewing the materialsPlanning the execution of the agendaEngaging with all supporting functions contributing to the event (Franchise, Marketing, IT, SC, Sustainability Office)Manage all budgetary needs by securing funds and ensuring governed spending
  • ROH :

  • Manage the ROH awards logistics within the AMESA sector
  • Communicating with sector BUs ensuring criteria are set for YE winners
  • Collect and review nominees list by BU
  • Communicate winner nominations to Sector CEO and announce winners to BU GMs
  • Franchise development projects


    Qualifications / Requirements

  • 6+ yrs working experience
  • Well rounded commercial background (preferably Field Marketing, Sales or Franchise)
  • Ability to conduct meeting with Senior members of the organization (EC members and BUGMs)
  • Solid MS Office capability with a specific focus on PPT
  • Ability to travel
  • Differentiating Competencies Required :

  • High creativity & out of the box thinking
  • Proven influential skills
  • Dealing with ambiguity is KEY
  • Very high level of communication skills
