    Key responsibilities areas :

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Dealing with government & compliance matters related to Labor i.e SESSI, EOBI
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Handling government matters which includes but is not limited to
  • Manage office & Kitchen supplies, staff uniforms, Purchasing & stock
  • Arrange travel and accommodations & Schedule in-house and external events
  • Company transport, Fuel & Vehicle maintenance management
  • Gate Operations & material in & out process management
  • Compliance of exit and entry routine in-line with the company’s visitors & Employees Policy
  • Floor operations Management including supervising janitors, security Guards & peons
  • Office & kitchen supplies monitoring & issuance as per requisition
  • Maintaining Office environment neat and clean, solving issues related to housekeeping.
  • Maintaining the facility for the employees in respect of Tea / Coffee, Drinking Water, Lunch.
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
  • Maintain a company event calendar and make arrangements accordingly
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Insurance & billing management
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)
  • Pant staff grievance & conflict handling to maintain discipline. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Shift duties subjected to plant operations
  • Stock, Inventory & Material Audit
  • Key Competencies :

  • Bachelors / Masters from the well-repudiated institute
  • Retired Major or Ex Armed force personnel with 01 to 03 years experience in production-based factory
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
