Jotun has supplied its decorative coatings for some major projects in Pakistan including Lucky One Mall, Centaurus Mall, Crescent Bay Coral Towers, PHA Maymar Towers, Dany Icon, Orange Line Metro Train, and Bahria Town Housing Society.
To further strengthening Jotun’s position in projects on Southern side, we are looking for a result oriented and customer focused individual to take the position of Senior Sales Executive.
This position will follow a B2B model to expand customer base and escalate sales growth for Jotun. This position shall be based in Karachi and reports directly to Sales Manager - Deco Projects (South).
Gather market intelligence about projects by continuously visiting markets and establishing close contacts with builders and contractors (individuals & companies).
Responsible for business development in accordance with devised annual strategy objectives.
Get Jotun products approved on projects by visiting contractor office and ensure its supply to major projects to strengthen the portfolio of Jotun.
Enhance Jotun and its products awareness to the Architects, Builders & contractors by doing regular visits and presentations to increase the market share.
Follow up customers on proper pricing and customer selection by monitoring collection and following up closely on payments to achieve sales budget, DSO (Days sales outstanding) and gross margin.
College / University, Bachelor's degree

Bachelor's in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing
MBA degree would be preferable
1-3 years of experience in B2B Business Environment. Handling Key Accounts would be an added advantage.
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office.
