The opportunity

A full-time site-based client role in Pakistan, managing a construction management team. This role is for Pakistan nationals only and is a requirement of the project commitments.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Overseeing the project development and team from start to end.
  • Providing direction and support to a multinational project team. Planning and implementing of project from inception to handover of the project.
  • Managing and supervising MEP and infrastructure commissioning.
  • Checking progressively the installation against statutory requirements.
  • Coordinating with the MEP contractor on design and installation issues.
  • Liaising with the design team and contractors on technical queries.
  • Monitoring and reviewing progress of Revit model and drawing outputs.
  • Ensuring method statements are in place for all works on site in a timely manner to suit the programme, roadmap and sequence packs.
  • Ensuring that all make ready needs are in place to suit the MEP programme, roadmap and sequence packs.
  • Managing the responsibility for handover acceptance and issue both upstream and downstream.
  • Ensuring health and safety plans are in place for all companies.
  • Managing the action on closure on quality management system.
  • Ensuring that suitable logistic plans are in place and ready for MEP works to commence.
  • Reviewing the latest builders work requirements and ensuring managers issue suitable BWIC where required.
  • Inspecting the installed works, complete Q / A paperwork and witness areas to consultants and etc.
