This role will be based in Pakistan and will be reporting to the Manager B2B Acquisitions

Effectively scale our processes, and prioritize initiatives, to drive growth and efficiency
Identify sales opportunities, initiating contact, negotiating and closing business deals with the corporate clients
Build quarterly business plans and strategies focusing on achieving big wins (top-down approach)
Meet weekly and monthly KPI’s, monitor them
Daily Monitoring of the onboarded clients and making fixtures in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Constantly improve customer experience by finding deals, redefining processes, SOP’s and engaging with multiple teams to achieve your goal
Ability to lead by example and step in when and where needed to pitch, negotiate, and ultimately close deals for the team with a high level of expertise, professionalism, and service
Utilize Salesforce as primary sales management productivity tool and maximize use amongst team for goal / objective setting
At Least 3 of experience in sales, preferably B2B sales, with demonstrated achievement
Past sales experience in B2B Key Accounts and Direct sales to corporate clients
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and execute within an aggressive sales quota
Must possess strong leadership skills to ensure both short- and long-term business goals, objectives, and targets are met
Ability to understand sales numbers and manage daily metrics. Excel skills are a must.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
