Job Description

Maintain day to day operations of the business, answering calls, liaising with Colleagues from the UK and achieve high Customer satisfaction.

AZ Movers is a Moving Company based in the heart of Scotland, Edinburgh. We move customer belongings everywhere in the UK.

Ideal Candidate :

The ideal Candidate will be thriving, professional, productive and dedicated. We will accept your CV if you don't have prior experience yet meet all the following requirements!

Your Day to Day tasks :

Call all enquiries that have come in and take calls

Reply to emails that have come in the night before

Liaising with contractors for prices and availability

Ring back customers to provide a quote then email them the quote, Log the details in the system with the quote and cost

If a Quotation has been accepted, call the customer take all necessary information Dates / Time, addresses, check availability with contractor and then Book them in the system, send a Booking confirmation and Invoice.

Send the job sheet to the contractor once the payment has been received

Send receipt of payment, allocate resources such as packing materials for the upcoming jobs.

Take Customer calls for any quiries, updates, complains or driver information etc.

Job is completed; call the customer ask for feedback and send feedback request via email.

Follow up with customers you have quoted but have not heard back from

Email / text / Call customers that have not responded

Job Specifications :

The role is in a fast paced environment and can be challenging as it bears huge responsibility. You will be in most cases the 1st point of contact therefore your Politness, telephone manner, customer service and English language skills should be impeccable.

You will be speaking to contractors daily so it is important that you are professional and courteous towards your colleagues and are able to remain calm in stress full situations.

Alot of the communication is in written, so your writing skills i.e., Grammer and sentencing should be proper and you should be able to pay attention to detail whilst logging in jobs and writing down addresses.

You will need to be a fast learner And have good common sense and judgement whilst quoting customers to ensure we seal the deal.

Your position will be a valuable position in the company as we transition and grow, so shall you.

This position is a Home Based position and you will be given sufficient training and support. Please note candidates from Lahore / Sialkot will be preferred.

Job Specification

  • Exceptional English verbal and Writing Skills ( as if it was your first language) there is no exceptions.
  • Degree level education - business degree a plus but not essential
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm UK Time with a 45minutes lunch break.
  • Good internet connection and a laptop will be required
