Key Job Accountabilities

  • Thisposition will handle complete Modern Trade and General Trade business for Hyderabad and surrounding areas.Reporting into respective regional head for South
  • Underthe supervision of RSM / NSM , build the joint business plan with theaccount(s). Implement the Division's sales and distribution strategy in thesales outlets.
  • Contributeto the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks andopportunities.
  • Achievethe sales department's quantitative and qualitative goals for his / her region
  • Recruit,motivate and develop his / her teams : by maintaining a culture of excellence upto the point of sale, develop the expertise and know-
  • how of his / her employeesand implement organisational changes

  • Ensurecontinuous communication between management and his / her team. Inform and alertmanagement to significant initiatives in the field (from his / her team, from thecompetition and from distributors.
  • Developa strong regional network and capacity of influence among key customers.
  • Identifythe potential for commercial development of existing customers and developtheir loyalty
  • Identifyprospects within his / her industry and develop new business relationships
  • Buildsa retailer specific development plan , and a compelling story to get retailerbuying in.
  • Builda deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at theretailer’s.
  • Workclosely with distributor (s) to create a WIN-WIN for company, distributor andtrade
  • Successful Candidates Must Have’s :

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience
  • Abilityto manage complex business situation
  • Abilityto travel extensively and to remote areas.
  • Priorfield sales experience within the relevant industry is a must
