o1+ years of client service executive experience.

oStrong phone and verbal communication skills along.

oActive listener

oExcellent communication skills and a customer-focused mind.

oAbility to recognize the demands of the clients.

oAbility to control outward emotions while handling interpersonal relationships with empathy.

Desired Qualifications :

oFluency in Spanish

oCommunicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

oAt least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

oExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Responsibility :

oProvide accurate, valid and complete information

oKeep records of customer grievances and transfer to the relevant department.

oHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

oInternational clients dealing with exposure
