Update Lease MIS & Record Maintenance of Country Real Estate portfolio.

Validation of Lease renewal payments from a Lease Agreement perspective.

Processing / Obtaining all Interoffice Financial Approvals in a timely manner.

Processing property taxes and ground rents and other government payments for owned premises.

Internal & external communications, letter, responses etc.

Work closely to strategize, deliver, and structure high risk high value Bankown / leased asset transactions. (via 3rd party contractor or CBRE strategic partner)

Assist Country Asset Management Lead regarding day to day routine assignments related to Assets Management.

Quarterly and yearly budgeting and reporting to finance and other stakeholders enabling for key decision making.

Management of Lease Agreement / Lease Deed / Sale Deed / Addendum in respect of properties.

Submission of financial accruals on monthly basis to Finance.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree, finance or related discipline.

Must have high level of integrity.

Should possess Report writing and presentations skills.

Expert in Ms Office specially Ms Excel and Power Point.

Delivering programmes and outcomes across varying technical disciplines to deadline and budget

Skills :

High level of numeracy and statistical analytical skills

Ability to review complex financial / business reports

Demonstrates excellent understanding of customer needs

An excellent understanding of CBRE service lines with an ability to offer services where required

Excellent presentation skills

Strong Communication (verbal & written) and Negotiation skills

Understanding of lease P&L analysis
