The Benefits Analyst will be a key member of the Total Rewards team, with responsibility for supporting annual renewals, system configuration and responsible for the administration and maintenance of health, benefits and wellness programs.

What you'll do :

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of global benefit programs
  • Works with vendors and / or benefit providers to analyze, and make recommendations where needed on issues concerning medical, dental, prescriptions and life insurance.
  • Highlights potential service issues and concerns with claims

  • Provides support for all incoming benefit inquiries and issues via Benefits mailboxes
  • Participates in annual renewals for all countries as a key contributor, assisting in the development of project plans, annual implementations, reviewing materials, testing systems, ensuring accurate payroll file transmissions from benefits TPA, etc.
  • Responsible for filing and / or communicating a variety of annual compliance notices
  • Responsible for the development of employee facing communications
  • Administers the internal review and processing of global invoices
  • Coordinates and administers activities and duties related to leave of absence to ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations

    What we're looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years of health, welfare and retirement benefit plan administration experience
  • Global experience administering benefits plans
  • PHR or SHRM-CP
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communication with all levels within the organization
  • In-depth knowledge of benefit programs, leave policies, and related benefits law
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of G-Suite of products, Google Sheets, Google Doc, etc
