  • To ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and timely.
  • To maintain and update HRSM and HCM (payroll) software.
  • Calculation of the employees’ and vendors’ tax. Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions and allowances.
  • To ensure timely process and submission of EOBI.
  • Employees Leaves management and LFA process.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Providing financial and operational reporting from software as needed.
  • Calculate bonuses and allowances.
  • Provide assistance in compensation and benefit of the staff.
  • Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.
  • Assisting employees for HRMS when required.
